Play a vital role and be part of the web team, which provides end-to-end digital solutions and hosting for global websites enabling Amgen brands to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and our patients.

The team offers an innovative web technology platform hosted in the cloud and ensures compliances and security features across our websites.

You will be part of Amgen’s Global Commercial Operations Digital Technology Innovation (GCO DTI) organization.

Lead, develop and implement strategies for web analytics to improve user experience across Amgen websites Partner with business team members to translate analytic goals into technical requirements and help implement related google tags Document and implement standard web metrics such as page loads, user visits, bounce rates, device source to help optimize the user experience Analyze websites and identify improvements focused on site performance and load times Ensure adherence to google tags across all websites while working closely with release engineer and development agencies Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that highlight the key traffic and performance metrics of Amgen’s websites Advice on accessibility standards such as the American with Disability Act(ADA)and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Partner with Amgen privacy team to ensure Amgen websites align with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.

Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Information Science experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of Information Science experience Or High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Science experience Proven ability with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and Bing Analytics Familiarity with CCPA and GDPR Experience in search engine optimization, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights Prior experience in dashboard development using industry-standard tool such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI Previous experience with data analytics using tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, Excel Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML CSS, JavaScript Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to express yourself succinctly Experience using Jira and practical understanding of Agile/SAFe Thrive Some of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
