Job Preference

Education:

•High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience:

•Experience with electronic health records (EHR) required; experience with Epic EHR preferred

•Experience with clinical trials management systems (preferred)

•Experience in clinical or clinical research setting (preferred)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Days

What You Will Do

Lead assigned staff in performing revenue cycle operations activities or tasks.

• Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
• Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
• Assign, monitor, and review progress of work.

  Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.

• Oversee and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates.

  May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience preferred.
