Responsibilities include:

• Load/unload material onto work trucks
• Erect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights
• Observe job site safety policy and procedures
• Cut the insulation materials to size and install in frames, ceiling, attic, or crawlspace
• Install batt, blown or spray foam insulation
• Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery
• May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow DOT requirements
• Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory

Qualifications include:

• High School diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license (highly preferred)
• Experience in the Construction industry (preferred) – pay based on experience
• Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report, contingent upon employment

Physical demands include:

• Working in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
• Lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Climb ladders and scaffolds, ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Adapt to various weather conditions
• Able to bend, twist, and turn body and shoulders, waist knees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $35.00 per hour
