Rubinstein Bagels Café Team Member
We’re looking for folks who want to represent and be a part of the community. We’re looking for teammates who get excited being a part of an up-and-coming company, serving Seattle’s best hand-crafted bagels, sandwiches and coffee, (and don’t forget the duckfat matzo ball soup).
Our staff is super cool, representing all the cultures that make up Seattle. Our customer service professionals come from all walks of life. We have playwrights, podcasters, athletes, chefs, and artists. We take pride in fostering a safe working environment for all. They are true believers in making our customers feel great. They make $15 / hour and truly average $24 – $25/hour after tips!
We’re looking to fill rolls at our busy South Lake Union location, right across from the spheres.

Qualified Applicants Will:

- Barista experience is a plus but will train a great fit
- Pride and interest in serving great food & drinks
- Current Food Worker’s Permit or ability to obtain upon hire
- Full / Part- time availability
- Weekend availability a must
- Cafe / fast casual food experience
- A true hustler / quick learner
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills
