This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 25, 2021.

SNI Companies is currently hiring for an experienced Sourcer/Recruiter.

This position can be 100% remote and we are looking for experienced talent.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer essential functions and responsibilities include the following:
* Recruit with a creative and proactive approach (leveraging various tracking systems such as CRM, ATS, Social Media, Sourcing tools, etc.) to build a candidate pool for open job orders.
* Conduct initial phone screens of potential candidates and guide prospects through the entire process, providing any necessary coaching.
* Manage all job boards and leads, including military/veteran recruitment efforts.
* Recommend recruitment related strategies in order to contribute to the growth of the company, implementing any new processes and updating standard processes.
* Stay up to date on latest industry trends and news.
* Attend conferences/events to develop candidate pipeline.

Prepares event/conference list and recruitment materials to network, especially with college students.
* Regularly consult with teammates to share ideas, techniques, and best practices.
* Partner with various department to identify talent branding areas of improvement
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred) and 1 to 3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3-5 years of experience sourcing, assessing, recruiting and closing candidates at all levels of an organization in a corporate and/or agency setting
* Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
* Ability to creatively use all resources available to network and find passive candidates
* General understanding of HR concepts, principles, practices
* Experience creating compelling job descriptions that attract top talent
* Passionate about finding top talent; true ‘hunter’ mentality
Computer Skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Xray/Boolean search experience

* Experience with ATS and HRIS systems

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $50k/year but can pay higher.

Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
