ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Solution Engineer will collect technical requirements and desired outcomes from customers and potential customers and develop solutions that will achieve or exceed those desired outcomes, provide demonstrations of those solutions, guide proof-of-concepts with configuration support and troubleshooting, and in general provide technical support for the sales team .

Customer deployment setup and configurations Technical support throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery, demo and proof-of-concept, and handoff to professional services team Some travel to customers
ABOUT YOU:
3+ years technical Sales Engineering experience Strong knowledge of Cloud technology Familiar with enterprise level Active Directory deployments Basic understanding of enterprise network architecture Familiarity with broader identity landscape e.g.

IAM, CIAM, PAM, IGA Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, and other authentication standards Basic understanding of modern programming languages/frameworks a plus e.g.

Node.js, React, etc Knowledgeable in the configuration of MFA solutions such as Google Authenticator/Titan, Yubico, and RSA Experience deploying and configuring Identity solutions is an asset Excellent communication skills with business and technical leaders Self-learner and starter to find answers to tough problems Company Culture Fit Emphasis on fast responsiveness to customers and internal teams Security first
