Responsible for a high level of guest service with respect to Washington State Liquor Laws and Guidelines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESSet up the banquet room per the BEO set up requirements.Greet guests and answer questions.Accountable for providing superior food and beverage service during events.Deliver food and beverages to banquet tables, including, but not limited to meals, condiments, and accompaniments.Pre-bus tables continuously removing dirty dishes, refill beverages and buffet station(s).Clean table and surrounding area after guests leave.Complete daily and weekly assigned stocking and cleaning duties.Clean wait stations, floors, and walls during and after shift.Provide support to Team Members whenever needed.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned..
Requirements:Education and Experience:High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).Prior restaurant or guest service experienceSkills and Abilities:Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and stretch for extended periods of time.Ability to perform light lifting, up to 25 pounds.Ability to visually observe work area.Ability to effectively communicate in English (orally and in writing).Ability to memorize.Proven knowledge of alcohol service.PREFERREDEducation and Experience:Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
Pre-employment drug testing is required for Security, Surveillance and DOT panel testing is required for Transportation positions.
All other positions are subject to pre-employment testing, excluding marijuana.
