Your Role and Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Delivery Executive/Leader role and responsibilities include:
Demonstrate complete understanding of their client’s and IBM’s business challenges and priorities and deliver high-quality services and support to meet client expectations.
Achieve high client satisfaction by building effective relationships with client management and executives.
Promote an environment of growth and innovation that proactively delivers client value.
Perform client relationship management, escalation management and change Management for IBM’s clients
Plan and implement Continuous Improvement Program to improve the quality of services provided and to attain Delivery Excellence
Lead team to create a robust project plan which includes schedule, risks and response strategies, action plans, business case and other key project plan elements to maximize return on investment while optimizing timeline to completion when required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years’ experience with ServiceNow as a Delivery Leader/Program/Project Manager or similar leadership roles
Experience in leading portfolio of ServiceNow project for delivering outstanding results.
Knowledge of Project Management Best Practices
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall PM Methodology
Experience in running Scrum Meetings and daily stand-ups
Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
Experience with Service Management (IT, HR, GRC, CSM etc.,)
Knowledge of related systems and their functions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
PMP or Certified Scrum Master Certification
Expertise implementing ServiceNow preferred
Certified System Administrator
