Our Residential HVAC Install Lead is primarily responsible for removing, installing, and starting up new HVAC systems, including ductwork and IAQ products.
You will work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform the removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systemsWork closely with the Install Coordinator and fellow Installation Technicians to provide clients with excellent service as outlined in department policies and proceduresMaintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job siteBe sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job siteWorking as a team with the crew helper to get the job done professionally, efficiently, and in a safe mannerRequest necessary parts and equipment in advance to ensure the installation truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each jobResponsible for the vehicle upkeep, record logs, and driving of vehicle; valid driver’s license requiredOther duties may be assignedEssential Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
