Title: Helpdesk Support
– Service Desk Level 1 Required Skills: 1 years of experience supporting end users as part of an IT Service Desk, ideally a high volume call center environment Strong troubleshooting skills Experience supporting Windows OS 10 and MS Office Strong troubleshooting skills
– OS and basic network connectivity
– VPN Password Administration / reset experience
– Active Directory Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills

– supporting software installations and troubleshooting issues as a result Supporting Windows o365 Supporting Exchange Online Associate’s or BS Degree Technical Certifications: A , N, MCP, etc Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Tier I Helpdesk Analyst for a contract to hire position with one of our clients in the construction and engineering industry.

In this role, you will join a corporate IT service desk supporting a high volume of calls.

You’ll be responsible for supporting end users and closing tickets via ServiceNow.

You’ll be supporting password resets, connectivity, Windows OS, etc.

Candidates should have 1 years of experience with Technical End User Support with strong customer service skills.

You’ll be supporting Windows OS v 10, MS Office, Password Resets, as well as basic connectivity issues
– VPN, etc.

Our client is seeking candidates who are local to Miami as you’ll also have the opportunity for some hands on support.

We’re envisioning this to be 80% phone support/ remote in and 20% hands on / desk side end user support.
