James Beard award-winning chef Spike Gjerde and the team behind Woodberry Kitchen operate a beautiful restaurant inside of the Line Hotel DC in the Adams Morgan neighborhood.
The focus is be on food and beverage offerings that represent the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic region, and service that welcomes travelers and neighbors alike.
We are seeking individuals who:* Assist our Servers during service.* Clear plates and silverware, reset, stock, and help to keep service running smoothly.* Display a passion for world-class food, beverage, and service* Constantly seek to learn more and grow* Posses a meticulous attention to detail regarding cleanliness, and in providing an engaging, knowledgeable, and well timed guest experience.* Are confident, have a warm persona, and a dedication to food and beverage sourced directly from the growers and producers of the Mid-Atlantic, and can identify with empathetic service.* Have 1 to 2 years of fine dining experienceA Rakes Progress will rely on longstanding relationships with the growers of the Chesapeake to provide the ingredients that nourish and delight our guests.
