Service Advisor

CT Power a W.W. Williams Company is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor/Clerk for our high volume service department located in Commerce City, CO. Responsibilities of this role includes greeting the customer, creating a service repair order based on the customer’s request, and keeping the customer informed of the status of the repair. This position will be cross-trained to help in many different areas of our operation.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their vehicles in for service.
• Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Research vehicle recalls, service & repair information with manufacturers’ websites.
• Being able to sell needed vehicle maintenance & repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous & professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire service experience
• Work with technicians to relay customer information.
• Communicate with technicians on customer concerns and work needed.
• Answer incoming road service calls and help dispatch service technicians for our over the road needs.
• Assist with Service Department filings, records, and other general office duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Quick study; willing to learn and ask questions
• Some overall technical knowledge helpful.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Good with computers, software programs, databases, and web-based applications
• Clean driving record, and must pass drug screen and background check.
• Driver’s License and insurability (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED; Post-Secondary education preferred. (Auto or Diesel Trade school a plus).
