Server Technology Specialist – Content Services Platforms and Knowledge Management Technologies (Multiple Levels)

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the design and administration of FM Global’s application platform server technologies and environments within the Content Services and Search team. This position typically focuses on one or more of the content services application platform server technologies that is employed by FM Global. Incumbents lead/work with other server team members with the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware/software for these standard operating environments. Qualifications: Experience in, enterprise content management, enterprise knowledge management, or taxonomy management platforms and technologies and or consulting. Outstanding analytical, decision-making, organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, solid analytical and problem-solving skills along with capability to drive projects towards completion, and is able to work with all levels of team members and leadership. Experience with Documentum, Azure (blob storage, API management, eventing, cognitive services), Hyland Onbase, Semantic Metadata Management Platforms, Rules Engines, or Knowledge Graph Technologies a plus.
