We are seeking a dynamic **Senior Trainer** to create compelling and impactful training programs for our team of full-time architectural photographers throughout the world.

Training categories will include but are not limited to:+ Photo and video capture strategiesusing digital cameras, gimbals,and other accessories+ Photo and video capture strategies using drones and other aerial imaging technology+ Post-processing fundamentals and advanced techniques+ Optimizing workflowsand file management+ New trends in photography and cinematographyRESPONSIBILITIES+ Create effective training curricula leveraging in-person, virtual, and on-demand instruction strategies+ Deliver technical and business training programs to team members at all levels+ Work withinternal and externalsubject matter experts (SME) to create and deliver select training modules+ Organize regional training sessions involving key team members+ Collect feedback from training participants in order to improve impact on future sessions+ Monitor effectiveness of training modules using individual and group results+ Work withcustomers to calibrate on specific video needs+ Coordinate with vendors tointegrate new technologies into workflows+ Develop and monitor training budget+ Stay attuned tophotographyandvideography trends including newhardware and softwaretechnologies impacting the market and influencingconsumer behavior+ Ability to travelgloballyQUALIFICATIONS+ Bachelor’s degree+ 5+ years professional experience as aphotographer and videographer+ 5+ years professional experience in post-processing; high-level proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom,PremeirePro, and After Effects+ Proven photography and cinematography skills using various cameras including a drone*+ Photography and videography experience with drones (UAV,UAS)*+ Current FAA part 107 certification+ A strongpresencein front of a classroom including the ability tomanage classroom of adult students+ Self-starter with proven track record of taking ownership of projects+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environments+ Excellent oral and written communication skills+ Superior expertise in PowerPoint+ Experience with both Mac, PC, and mobile operating systems*Portfolio of architectural/real estate photography and videography provided to include both exterior and interior property content.
