What You’ll Be Helping Achieve  

RPA is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Traffic Operations/Project Management team on the Honda and Acura account.

You should be detail-oriented, prioritize based on deadlines, work as part of a team but also independently, and multitask in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You should also have strong interpersonal skills.

The ability to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside of the agency is a plus.

You should also have good written and verbal communication.

You should have depth knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Share Point and can key 35+ WPM.

Media Ocean experience is preferred.

You should be willing to learn new data entry systems and have a spark for innovation and efficiency.

General industry experience needed (not limited to agency experience).

2+ years preferred but open to an opportunity hire with transferable experience as well. 

What You’ll Be Working On 

• Broadcast pattern data entry QC/Generate traffic instructions
• Cut Monthly PO’s / approve invoices.
• Provide overall support and/or coverage for Traffic Operations
• Capacity to manage small accounts independently Ensure materials deliver according to necessary deadlines 

How You’ll Excel In Your Role  

• Ability to communicate clearly via written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle high volume, fast-paced environment, high pressure.
• Media Ocean knowledge preferred 
• Clear communicator (both verbally and via email/instant message) and organization skills. 
• Must be able to multi-task and deal with hard deadlines.
• Must be team-oriented and work well with multiple associates at various levels.
