Responsibilities:

* Lead engineer for security and enterprise networking projects including solution architecture, implementation, testing and troubleshooting.
* Develop and update comprehensive network documentation, testing plans, and deliverables.

* Relentlessly deliver great quality and act as a customer advocate to provide outstanding customer experiences throughout all service delivery projects.
* Follow company best practices to deliver successful projects and solutions.

* Maintain technical knowledge, certifications and expertise.
* Be authentic, unafraid to say you don’t know but resolute when ensuring a client’s question is answered.

Requirements

* 5+ years of networking and security experience, including configuring, analyzing & fixing complex networks; Were not going to list a whole bunch of buzzwords just tell us what you are passionate about.
* Cisco security portfolio expertise and working knowledge of networking fundamentals.

Cisco CCNP or higher preferred.

* Willingness to learn, think out of the box, and never settle.

* Ability to context-switch between multiple projects, technologies, and concepts with ease.

* Initiative work both independently or collaboratively on an issue with the ability to self manage tasks through to completion.

* Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills.

* Related experience providing project deliverables, preferably in a VAR/Consulting environment
* Located within the United States, Colorado preferred.

The total compensation plan will be commensurate with experience, average salary range $100,000-$150,000 for this position.
