The Senior Executive Assistant must be a creative and results driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively succeed in this highly visible role.

In this role you’ll work exclusively for the EVP and assist the Client Services team on all aspects of development strategy, lead generation, deal flow, presentations and on-going engagement management and facilitation.

This is inclusive of executive administrative support activities and functions that aid in business development growth.nn nn n nn nn n nn nn Compensation & Benefits: nn nnCreatives on Call is seeking an elite Sr.

Aid in the building and maintaining of a healthy pipeline of clients by following the COC & EVP’s sales process.

Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals must be achieved by the EVP for success.nn nn n nn Establish trusted relationships across the extended management team, i.e., C-suite leaders, key client leaders, etc., facilitating communication and serving as an extension of the EVP in staying connected to key leaders Work closely with the senior leadership team to take issues off of the plate of the EVP, resolving concerns and challenges and capitalizing on opportunities Track and keep the EVP and members of the extended leadership team apprised of progress on key priorities Work with the EVP on strategy implementation to build out business development infrastructure and process to enable transformation for business development growth Liaise and actively support in the development with corporate communications team on the internal and external communications on behalf of the EVP; attend as needed external events for support Prepare content, presentations and follow up to be used by the EVP for internal and external meetings Attend key leadership and planning meetings with the EVP and manage follow-up on commitments and action items Perform industry and market research to inform strategic direction Construct presentations and help prepare for new opportunities Act as a project manager for key cross-functional efforts Identify gaps in our operation we haven’t thought of, and jump in to fill them yourself Consistent and habitual actions and activities that document interactions with clients, associates, and potential clients within the Company’s CRM system.
