Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to be part of a team, supporting the NAVAL SURFACEWARFARE CENTER Crane, to provide research, development, and engineering to modify and upgrade legacy facilities and technologies as well as to install new facilities and laboratory technology systems that are fully integrated in support of Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and other non-Navy platforms and facilities. The goal is to develop the next generation of advanced laboratories, test facilities, and other facilities for use in support of Navy as well as non-Navy programs. Required Skills Candidate should be capable of leading and executing advanced Cybersecurity Risk Analysis efforts Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, DoD 8500, DoD 8510, NIST SP 800-30, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, or NIST SP 800-137 required. Knowledge of DOD, security program and in-depth knowledge of the DOD security regulatory manuals. WindowsLinux Systems Administration experience required. Advanced PowerShell, Python, JavaScript knowledge a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Desired Skills Prior cyber security-related testing, analysis, and assessment for DoD systems is preferred. Understanding of cryptographic algorithms such as AES, RSA, SHA, HMAC, ECC, etc. EducationExperience Bachelor s degree in related field + 7 Yrs Exp or 15 years of related experience. Certs C1 or more of CISSPCEHCISMGSEC or equivalent Security + (or ability to certify within 6 months of hire) MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD CLEARANCE this will be verified prior to interview.
