The Senior Credit Analyst must have 5 years’ experience in commercial credit analysis experience .
The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for reviewing new and existing customers to evaluate credit worthiness and make recommendations as to extension of credit.
If this role is a good fit for your skillset, apply online today What You’ll Do Assess credit limits for new and existing customers, producing recommendations after thorough analysis of a variety of factors Analyze customers’ financial information, including income statements, cash flow history, current debt, balance sheets and credit reports Responsible for providing assessment of profitability of default by a customer and determining risk of extending secure and unsecure credit Responsible for reviewing legal documentation and ensure proper administrative follow up of credit decisions Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, reports, and opinions for Finance Department to aid sound credit decisions on new, renewal, and existing credit limits Obtain critical information for the monitoring of the Accounts Receivable portfolio Interface with internal and external customers regarding changes in credit eligibility and limits Responsible for monitoring high risk accounts and soliciting proprietary information by establishing a rapport and maintaining contact with Finance Directors, Treasurers and Accounts Payable Miscellaneous projects as requested To be considered for the Senior Credit Analyst position, please send your resume to Angelica Avalos at angelica.avalosroberthalf,com with Credit Analyst in the subject line.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, and MBA is a plus
• 5 years corporate credit analysis experience
• Exceptional financial analysis skills and knowledge of advanced accounting concepts
• Advanced computer skills and proficient with Excel, Word, and financial analysis software and other spreadsheet packages
• Strong written communication abilities, including technical writing skills as well as excellent verbal communication skills and telephone skills to relate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills required to establish, nurture, and build relationship with others, and also influence decisions
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to perform simple/complex mathematical calculations and statistical analysis
