Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior corporate associate attorney with 5+ years of transactional experience.
The candidate will be drafting acquisition agreements (stock, asset and merger) and managing a deal process in a second chair capacity.
Should preferably have experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity at a law firm with a national reputation.
Admission in California is required.
Prior law firm experience is required, with experience at an AmLaw 100 firm strongly preferred.
The candidate should have strong academics from a top ranking law school.
Outstanding writing skills are required.
