Implement and assist with the development and evaluation of compensation and benefit programs to enhance ability to attract, engage and retain key talent while ensuring alignment with our Total Rewards philosophy, best practices, business strategies, and financial objectives.

Programs include base pay, annual and sales incentives, equity, and broad range of benefits.

Conduct analysis, reporting, and prepare presentations for compensation and benefits projects.

Ensure compensation programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Analyze pay practices and programs to determine market competitiveness.

Provide expertise to HR members on compensation and benefits issues.
Lead the analysis and implementation of compensation programs including merit, range progressions, equity, and bonuses.

Assist with the analysis for benefit program administration and strategy.

Includes the planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure programs are effectively implemented and delivered to employees.

Problem investigation, issue resolution, and follow-up are key components.
Analyze, develop, and recommend salary ranges for jobs using market data.

Includes survey participation and data analysis.

Obtain, analyze, and recommend geographic differentials.

Reviews Job profiles and conducts FLSA assessments.
Lead specialized compensation and benefit projects by conducting research, developing spreadsheet analyses, providing recommendations, and preparing reports/presentations.

Projects including evaluating internal equity and external competitiveness.
Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or other related field or equivalent experience
5 years compensation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
2 years benefit experience
Knowledge:
Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including v-lookup, pivot tables and charts
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills including exceptional attention to detail with experience analyzing data and making proposals based on evaluation.
Organized with able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
Self-starter who adapts to change who is able to work both independently as well as with a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to analyze, organize, and effectively communicate ideas.
Level of Independence:
This position acts under the direction of the Manager/Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.

On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders.

The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus.

May have occasional travel to facilities in Wisconsin
