This individual will report to thenOperations Manager, Internal Communications and Change Management and will work acrossnall WhoWhatWhy departments to impact team members’ internal communications andnengagement.

– skilled volunteers.nHowever, we do have big ambitions, which is why we’re seeking an experienced OperationsnCommunications Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation andneffective communication within the entire organization.

– then we’d likento hear from you.n n Responsibilitiesn Write and distribute organization-wide communications and announcements (i.e.,n surveys, new process announcements, policies, documents, forms, department updates),nto be circulated within the organization and/or posted on the organization’s intranet.n Develop content for organization-wide training.
Create content for all-staff town hall meetings and set up Zoom calls.
Work in close collaboration with the Internal Communications Manager and team ton develop and implement a communication plan.n Identify and communicate the processes and procedures for using the latest technologyn within the organization.n Partner with the Internal Communications team to ensure regular, effectiven communication from the CEO and other executives to the rest of the organization,ndrafting and editing communications as needed.n Develop and manage the delivery of content across multiple communication channels,n with a focus on measurement and technology innovation to drive increasing engagementnwith a remote global workforce.n Collaborate with team/manager and business unit leaders to drive engagement.
In partnership with Marketing, External Communications and other teams, ensuren consistency of messages, internally and externally.n Partner with the executive team, human resources, external communications, and othern teams to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications.n n Qualificationsn Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Bachelors in Communication, Journalism or related field.
5+ years experience building communication plans and developing organization-widen communications using multiple communication channels including newsletters, intranet,npresentations, all staff emails, training material, etc..n Ability to articulate a clear point of view on complicated issues in a clear, concisen manner.
Experience developing (writing and editing) communication content andnmaterials, including technology related content.n Ability to work with a team.
Experience working with and communicating to all levels within an organizationn including senior leadership.n Capacity to meet deadlines; ability to be flexible and versatile in a breaking newsn environment.n Have a solid grasp of

Experience with communications tools is preferred but not required (e.g., Zoom, Slack,n GSuite).n n Perksn Channel your passion in a stimulating environment.
