The team is made up of developers who understand the concepts of Infrastructure Security and cater to the verticals of Infrastructure Security and other teams in the information security group.
The team aims to deliver automated solutions in order to drive further efficiencies for existing processes that protect AXP as a brand thereby ensuring compliance to related policies.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in business and system analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, good communication skills.
The candidate should have the ability to think and analyze the asks from the stakeholders and convert them into stories for the development team to start working on the same.
The role needs the individual to be a bridge between the development and business teams.**Job Responsibilities:*** Understand the various business functions the team works with* Work with stakeholders to get details and sign-off on requirements.
Also work with the Product Owner to complete and review the business documentation.* Work closely with the internal team to ensure that they understand the requirements.
Bridge the gap between the business asks and technical implementation.* Work on technical and design documentation with the tech SMEs in the team* Work with the scrum master for creation of stories* Work with the scrum master and business product owners to complete business testing/sign-off in a timely manner.* Assist in Proof of Concepts executed by the team – as applicable* Contribute to low business impact deliverables “independently”.
Technical background would be a value add.**Qualifications****Education & Experience:**+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)+ Minimum 8 years of IT experience.

Should have exposure to SDLC best practices+ Technical acumen and understanding of tech stack – Java, React, Python, RDBMS and DevOps concepts will be a big add.+ Infrastructure Security (network security) knowledge would be a value add.+ Must be fluent in working with tools like Visio, MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, JIRA+ Must have strong communication and analytical skills.+ Good to have knowledge in at least one of business and technical functional capabilities in the following areas: security architecture; security engineering; threat management; vulnerability management; electronic discovery; computer and data breach incident management; data protection; forensics; 3rd party/vendor management; security monitoring; cryptography; security operations and administration; access management; security policies and standards; security awareness; business continuity; disaster recovery; IT risk management and controls; web security; data security; network security; system security, technology operations and compliance+ Excellent skill in organizing, managing and interpreting data+ Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task**Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S.
