Communicate with internal and external customers to analyze needs and deliver requirements, business base and specifications.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, on-site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, workflow analysis or other tools applicable to the situation.Define precise and accurate user story acceptance criteria that will be used by developers, test frameworks and by platform leader(s) to ensure that intent is effectively capturedCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.Participate in testing of processes and systems, including test case development and test case execution.Produce clear and concise workflow documents to drive solutions that consider people, process and technology componentsCollaborate to develop user acceptance testing (UAT) specificationsDevelop requirements traceability matrix, and ensure it is charted / documented through each phase of the project life-cycleCollaborate and communicate effectively with upper management, business and IT stakeholders, and any external partiesRemain current on business analysis best practices and industry trends and where appropriate make proposals that align organization practices and standards with industry best practice.Mentor, coach and develop business analysts.Organize and maintain the structure of the required documentation across a large number of projects and activities.Conducts business process mapping exercises and identifies opportunities for improvement and/or automation Qualifications: QualificationsEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fieldWork Experience:6 years of experience in a business analyst capacity or related field3 years of experience with Agile development practices3 years of experience writing technical product requirements using Jira or similar tool2 years of project management experienceConsulting experience preferredCertification/Licensure:Business Analyst certification (IIBA, CBAP) preferredKnowledge and Technical Skills:Familiarity with CRM, Data Management, Microsoft PowerApp, and Microsoft DynamicsStrong foundation in programming languagesExperience working in Asure Cloud Environment, healthcare industry and ERM systemsExperience with database design and programming methodologies to better organize and present information at scaleExperience performing specialized business analysis using analytics software, e.g.
