Senior Associate, Reporting

FP1 Strategies is looking for a Senior Associate to join its growing Reporting Team.
This position is based in Missoula, MT.
Your day in this position may include:
Building and maintaining reporting dashboards
Drawing on your knowledge of reporting to tell a story using data
Managing client reporting requests, enabling them to optimize using their data
Analyzing fundraising channels
Using internal dashboards, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and WinRed
Proof-read other team members’ work and ensure reports are properly structured and is 100% error-free
Collaborate with our Client Services team to provide reports for clients

Requirements
About YOU:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the political, digital marketing, fundraising, product, or technology
Knowledgeable about the political fundraising process
Familiarity with reporting / fundraising tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets and WinRed
Proficiency in Excel with an understanding of basic formulas to deliver error-free, scalable work
Analytical and enjoy working with numbers
Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment
Past agency experience is a plus
Understanding of basic fundraising KPIs
Eager to learn and expand your capabilities
