We are looking for a Scrum Masterwho will be responsible for supporting 2 distributed Production Support teams in both kanban and scrum methodologies.
What you are good at: Supporting agile based SDLC for software development creating necessary standards, tools and best practicesParticipating and supporting development and software deliveryOrganizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetingMaintaining process and metrics documentationEnsuring the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibilityUpdating agile tracking systems to provide transparency using Jira.Supporting the development managers and project leads as necessaryAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and predictabilityAssisting team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition and capacity managementIdentifying and removing impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goalFacilitating discussion, meetings and conflict resolutionEmpowering the teams to self-organizeImprove the productivity of the sprint teams through use of metrics and retrospectives.Ensuring the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially releasableParticipating in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on methodology that has been developed to create a cohesive plan with identifiable platform dependencies, and major milestones, and manages the agreed project user stories and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters What you have: Must be a Certified Scrum Master3years as a Scrum Master5 years of technology experienceExperience with Scrum methodologiesExperience in leading teams new to AgileMust be an excellent team leader with the ability to influence and negotiateExperience using Work Tracking Tools, i.e.
