Scrum Master NYC, NY Remote to start then on site Contract to Hire (No visa sponsorship available at this time) Healthcare client in NYC is looking for a Scrum Master who can lead the team, work independently and communicateinteract with different teams effectively. At least 5 years of Scrum Master experience Healthcare experience required CSM or equivalent certification as mandatory SAFe knowledge would be a big plus but not mandatory to have Minimum 3 years degree Excellent team player and team builder Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, principlesvalues, and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types Ability to understand technical issues at a high level Ability to guidecoach team members in their Agile journey Excellent prioritizationriskissueconflict management skills
