Job Summary:
Responsible for matching caregivers to client’s referral, and ensuring clients are provided access to the appropriate care. Initial point of contact for caregivers. Manages record keeping and files. Ensures compliance for all aspects of client and caregiver files and records.
Job Responsibilities:
· Receives incoming assignments, prioritizes and verifies client.
· Offers caregivers referrals to client opportunities. Provides directions and all relevant information to caregivers.
· Participates in caregiver recruitment and orientation.
· Creativity and Problem Solving
· Participates in on-call on a rotating basis
· Maintain caregivers files according to Florida State Regulations
Key Attributes:
· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
· Customer Service expertise with Excellent communication skills
· Microsoft Office 2014 knowledge
· High flexibility, and readiness to work unexpected extra hours
· Team player with problem solving skills
· Highly professional conduct and ability to manage different personalities
· Great attention to details and excellent organization skills’
