A career in our SAP Risk Assurance practice, within Information Technology Risk Assurance services, will allow you to develop and apply strategies that help clients leverage enterprise technologies so they can get a higher return on their investment, mitigate risks, streamline processes, and find operational inefficiencies.

We assist clients in understanding and challenging their current risk profiles and develop strategies to build digital confidence by embracing opportunities to stay competitive through building trust and resilience into their technology systems.

We cover a wide range of disciplines, including risk evaluation, operational and strategic Information Technology processes, project governance, application implementation, data integrity, cyber security, and accounting/audit.

Implementing a new enterprise resource planning system can be a huge investment for our clients and they don’t always see the results.

Our team helps companies get the most of their SAP systems by identifying processes and control weaknesses and recommending improvements in areas including programme governance, design validation, data management, training and testing.

You’ll assist on implementing end to end testing for all business critical processes and developing the necessary tools to assist our clients in the successful implementation of their SAP systems across all divisions.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in project delivery methodologies, technology risk and controls principles, and an awareness of trends and risks of emerging technologies including the following areas:

  • Having the ability to deliver projects independently assessing – or remediating – the Program Governance, Project Management, and SDLC process and controls on Transformation programs;
  • Having an understanding of product and project management methodologies and leading practices, including familiarity with both PMP and Agile;
  • Having an understanding of Project Risk Management and product / IT risk management;
  • Having the ability to drive or organize cross-functional client teams;
  • Having an understanding of underlying subject matter (Cloud adoption, migration, product development, Cloud-based ERPs including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce);
  • Providing consultancy for developing project risk management strategies, conducting portfolio and project-related assessments, and recommending solutions to improve management and drive successful outcomes;
  • Demonstrating understanding of the common business and technology issues facing clients who provide products and services in several service sectors including Insurance, Banking, Investments, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, Media and Entertainment, Utilities, Energy, etc.;
  • Identifying and obtaining new service opportunities and taking the opportunities through the sales cycle;
  • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing and collection; and,
  • Assisting with the leading of teams to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate team members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success delivering consulting or assurance services and working seamlessly in a virtual environment to complete projects with team members based in various locations, domestically and globally, which includes the following areas:

  • Conducting program and project risk or control assessments utilizing leading frameworks and techniques;
  • Performing as a team leader, which includes creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team, respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing feedback in a timely manner, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understand the client’s business;
  • Leveraging project leadership and project management skills in relation to our client engagements, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules;
  • Utilizing creative thinking, individual initiative, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
  • Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
  • Communicating clearly in a client environment, including report-writing, presenting, building rapport, and interviewing; and,
  • Utilizing negotiation and persuasion skills used to sell potential opportunities, including a proven track record with identifying and converting potential engagement opportunities and developing market presence.
