SAP Cutover Analyst

PDS Tech is seeking an SAP Cutover Analyst for an open position in Ft Wayne IN

The ideal candidate will create and maintain all programs run on SAP systems, making sure that new SAP programs are integrated with other applications that the company uses for its business purposes.

The SAP Systems Cutover Analyst will lead and review client build and system implementation plans.  They will have both a broad business and SAP solution understanding to develop, execute and manage detailed cutover plans in support of SAP implementation projects.  They will coordinate across multiple teams for integration and interface related topics.  They may provide guidance to building a fully integrated, end-to-end SAP solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management activities including establishing system cutover and implementation plans, monitoring and tracking progress to plan.
• Utilize MS Project a tool for effective task management and tracking
• Fully developed professional able to work without direct guidance or direction from others

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deep process and industry experience
• Broad level understanding and interaction of core SAP ERP modules and organizational elements.
• Participation in past SAP implementations with some project management or general management experience.
• Proven record of managing technical SAP cutover / implementation and integration activities.
• Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Must have ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Must have demonstrated ability to learn quickly on the job.

Education:    

• Associates Degree
