The Intelligence and Space Mission Area Systems Engineering Team is looking for Systems and/or Software Integration Engineers.
The candidate will support the accomplishment of engineering tasks in an iterative development environment.
The candidate will provide technical direction and clarification of integration activities, including but not limited to software and hardware installation and integration, regression testing as well as software and hardware deployment.
Participating in prime/customer meetings, including I& T Strategy Meetings, Integration and Test Readiness as well as Pre-ship Reviews.Developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with the prime, customer, RTX and peers.The Integration Engineer attends technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel, and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the development of his/her project, provides status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks as required and provides document review and resolves technical systems integration issues.
Additionally the integration engineer supports ECP efforts as required.
In additional to program efforts the candidate may be asked to support various proposal efforts.

security clearanceHires, for this position, are eligible to receive a $25,000.00 signing bonus, when hired with a verified ” Active” TS/SCI or higher clearanceRequired Skills:Demonstrated engineering experience with a track record of resultsStrong understanding of the Systems Engineering development lifecycle and change management processExperience installing and integrating software (COTS and custom) on Linux/Unix platformsProven ability to meet timelinesTrouble-shooting skills for systems comprised of software and hardwareExperience performing regression test activities and Discrepancy Report (DR) verificationDemonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program teamExcellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite of toolsDesired Skills:Systems Integration Engineering experience on a large government software development contractExperience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operationsExperience with Ground equipment/Radio Frequency (RF) equipmentExperience in integration, and/or verification and validationExperience in Systems Engineering process development and deploymentExperience as a Product Owner or Scrum MasterExperience with Automated Test Tools, Cucumber, Gherkin and othersExperience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software, Systems Engineer and Verification teamsExperience with scripting languages, python, etc.Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalentEducation & Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree is required.
STEM degree is preferred.
