– Night ShiftThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by:o Utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient statuso Determining the priority of the patient’s problems and needso Implementing clinical nursing interventionso Having a highly diverse skillset o Developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomeso Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environmentEssential Functions: o Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care teamo Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessmento Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomeso Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Mercy Health policies and procedureso Other duties as assignedEducation:o Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in NursingLicensing & Certifications:o Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)o Basic Life Support (BLS)
– American Heart Associationo Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
– American Heart Association or Red Crosso If you do not have this certification, Bon Secours will help you gain this certification during Orientationo Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
