One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENTThe Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for assigning and monitoring credit risk for new and existing customers within assigned parameters and collecting past due accounts receivable within assigned portfolio.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESAssign, monitor and analyze credit risk on new and existing customers, including obtaining/analyzing credit reports and financial statements from various sourcesReview and release orders from Credit block (may be required outside normal business hours also)Collect on past due accounts receivable consistently according to policyDocument detailed information in SAP regarding outcome of customer contactsIdentify and resolve issues on customers’ account (i.E.

obtaining POD, providing copies of invoices to customers when requested, including troubleshooting issues etc.)Prepare reports for Credit Manager on assigned portfolioKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE2 year degree OR 4 year degree in Business with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years comparable commercial collection experienceWorking knowledge of ERP Software Systems (SAP preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.E.
