Product Owner RF-SMART for NetSuiteUS West Office (Highlands Ranch, CO) or US East Office (Jacksonville, FL)We Exist to Transform our Customers and Change LivesSummary:The RF-SMART for NetSuite Product Owner takes prioritized market requirements (new features) and defines how those new features should functionally operate in order to provide a great mobile user experience as well as properly transact in NetSuite.
To do that, the Product Owner writes and provides detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to Development, then reviews, tests and ultimately approves the new features.
This is a critical and visible role in the RF-SMART Product Strategy and Management organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with product management and senior management to create a product that fits the RF-SMART portfolioResearch and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the productAct as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for product related queriesPossess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integration, and dependenciesCollaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a productUnderstand and/or be able to quickly determine how NetSuite transacts to ensure that a complementary RF-SMART mobile function is designed and built-in alignment with how NetSuite functionsGiven a market requirement by Product Management, write clear functional specification user stories that Development will use to write code for new featuresThis includes defining the desired user experience and the corresponding transactional results in NetSuiteNote that the Engineering Team determines the technical approachSchedule and lead feature design sessions with Engineering and other stakeholdersPerform functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that newly developed features meet the desired objectivesInteract with Product Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, Sales Team, and Customers to collect feedback, provide guidance, and train others on new featuresProvide ad hoc consulting to services and support on customer use cases and viability of modificationServe as the internal “go-to person” for learning about how NetSuite works, including remaining aware of newly released NetSuite features that impact RF-SMARTInteract with developers during the ongoing development process on technical and functional approaches for maintenance and new development activitiesValidate submitted issues from support and prioritize work on product fixes and/or enhancementsReview product documentation and engage with our technical writers to ensure accuracyEducation and Experience:A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experienceConsulting or working experience with NetSuite ERP supply chain applications (particularly Inventory and Manufacturing)Direct experience with Mobile Supply Chain applications is a positiveOutstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills are requiredExcellent troubleshooting skillsThe desire to solve varied business challengesCreative, motivated team playerAttention to detailEmployer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.G.
