SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating the events that take place at the resort.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Plan and coordinate groups, activities, events
- Take incoming Catering orders
- Book Entertainment
- Contracts
- Creating Groups and packages
- Room Layout
- Help with Show Prep
- Seek leads
- Attend Networking events
- Help with Front Desk/ phones
- Create flyers/ Posters
- Monitor Facebook
- Keep up to date promotions and advertising Facebook, Website, App, Camp Florida
- Ordering Supplies
- Attend all company required meetings/ Trainings
