Ultimate Staffing is looking for a REMOTE PAS Specialist for our hospital client in Portland, OR.
Department: Neurology
Schedule: 5x8s 8-430a
Work Location: 100% Remote (local candidates only)
Contract duration: 13 weeks (with possibility of extension)
Pay: pays up to $23/hr
Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to provide high quality office support for the administrative office of the program, including timely response to phone calls, effective communication to other team members, and multi-tasking of projects and responsibilities.
Will involve a lot of work in Epic for our large clinic.
Job Requirements:
At least 6 months of recent medical office work experience, including high volume direct patient contact OR one year of work experience in a high volume direct public contact position OR successful completion of the PAS Trainee position.
Demonstrate ability to problem-solve and multi-task, intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, specifically intermediate Excel, effective communicator, teamwork-oriented, self starter, proven excellent customer service experience, strong work ethic, positive attitude, enjoys working with people, multi-line phone experience.
