FHLMC, RESPA, HMDA, Patriots Act, and investors criteria, which impact the decision making process Work with Quality Control, Secondary, and Shipping to ensure the highest quality of file output Assist to clear all investor purchase conditions Decline files within regulatory time frames and in accordance with regulations for ECOA What You Need for this Position Current DE certification LAPP/SAR a plus At least 5 years of FHA underwriting experience Recent remote experience 3 years working with Encompass software What’s In It for You Competitive base pay: $100-$130k DOE OT availability 100% REMOTE 401k w/ 10% match.
