As an Onboarding Specialist – Channel Partners, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and conversion of products within the Relatient product suite for our Channel Partner clients.
The role oversees the task, ensuring the project adheres to scope and time frame guidelines.Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties:* Responsible for implementation of data and system usage for new channel partner customers that utilize Relatient products.* Support customers by adhering to project management commitments to deliver a high-degree of customer service that will result in providing the ideal workflow process, offering continuous process improvement and enable long-term customer retention.* Effectively communicate and work closely with the Integration Team, Customer Support Team, Development and Sales Team to determine the proper platform to meet the customer’s needs and to ensure the proper on-boarding of service.* Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to exchange ideas and develop knowledge and skills – this includes educating the customer support staff on the customer’s setup.* Provide support throughout the customer life-cycle with external product partner offerings.* Other duties as assigned..
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.* 1-3 years of experience in onboarding or implementation role, highly preferred.* Proven work experience in implementation in the information technology sector preferred.* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experience working in a CRM* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.About RelatientFounded in 2014, our offices are located in historic Franklin and Cookeville, TN and include a casual, dynamic work environment with a spirit of innovation and growth.Our team consists of smart, driven, and creative people who are motivated to impact the way in which healthcare providers engage with their patients.
