This position also completes and files license and permit applications and assists with license and permit renewals, as needed.This position will also execute certain corporate governance activities for Publix subsidiaries (entities), such as preparing corporate governance documents relating to the formation of new entities, merger/dissolution of existing entities, and maintaining information concerning the entities, including Officer information, and timely and accurately submitting legally required filings for the entities in all appropriate states.Req ID:17633BRHours of Work:8:00
