The Regional Solutions Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue and meeting revenue targets for RentPath’s bundled solutions through developing and managing client relationships, i.e.

property managers, management company leaders, and industry association contacts through consultative and targeted selling approaches.

This role will report to a Regional Solutions Sales Manager (RSSM).

The Regional Solutions Specialist will be responsible for driving and enabling revenue and property growth, through identifying prospects, uncovering the business needs of clients, and seeing the opportunity through close and launch.

The RSS will focus on solution selling and strategically align and collaborate with Sales Executives, District managers, and National Solutions Specialists to build and maintain strategic external relationships with property management companies, management company leadership, and industry and association leaders.  Acting as a digital solutions specialist, the RSS will play a key role in helping our clients modernize their business, improve their employee and renter experience and drive better NOI (Net Operating Income).

A Day in the Life

You will hunt and sell to customers at the Regional and National account level within a specified territory and account group.

These will be new business or current accounts that have only a very partial penetration of purchasing our Digital Marketing Services. 

You will develop and maintain close relations within an assigned territory
– exceeding customer expectations.

You will manage your sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce to ensure accurate recording of prospecting activity.

Using your creativity with data you will find selective ways to gain entry and acquire walk the hall relationships to help get deals done.

You will achieve your new sales presentations and cold call goals with flying colors.

Quotas will be set by the Regional Sales Manager and, because you are amazing Digital Sales Services Executives, you will not only meet, but exceed monthly quotas.

What We Need From You

You are intelligent, curious and you have a finger on the pulse of digital media.

You are adept at absorbing training, meeting weekly learning requirements, and know how to build a pipeline.

You are organized and predictive enough to organize this pipeline and capture it in Salesforce, reflecting your weekly meetings.

You will also maintain a measured future pipeline forecasting upcoming meetings with decision makers.

You will work quickly to develop a full understanding of RP products/solutions and mastery of all our onsite ad solutions.

You are passionate about the growth and development within the multifamily industry and are comfortable communicating the value of RentPath’s suite of products and services to your customers.

You have sold to Marquee accounts achievement of revenue generation, customer satisfaction and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

You are a Sales Professional and are polished, know how to prospect and are COMPLETELY comfortable closing new business deals.

You will come with at least an Associates level college degree and will have been in the Digital B2B Sales space for at least 4 years, which could include some experience in college.

If you’ve sold in the digital ad space within those 3+ years, even better!

You really do get data and understand how to interpret it in a way that allows you to quickly apply data within the sales process.

We would love for you to bring Salesforce experience to the table, but other CRM experience will definitely help you get up to speed with the technology for this role.

This is a full-time, remote and customer facing sales role interfacing with top C suite and leadership executives.

This is a Sales role so please don’t forget to share your accomplishments through numbers.

After all, that is a key point to how we measure success within Sales.
