Position Summary The Regional Operations Specialist role is to support the Region team in meeting/exceeding objectives by managing tracking, reporting, and communication of Regional performance toward key business growth objectives and in key business programs, events, and metrics for both FCSD and Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities Sales Division Monthly Dealer Metric report update (sales/service report created by RM) Generate month end sales reports and create monthly newsletter Utilize Polk Insight monthly to create registration reports for Region, Zones, and Dealers for both retail and lease Compile monthly FDAF deck, review with Regional Manager, send to advertising agency Ford Commitment Program reporting communication to all team members twice/week Assist with entering and follow-up on specialty/promotional unit tracking Contact for reporting and/or researchable questions as requested by team when traveling Assist Sales Operations Manager with organizational meeting preparation Service Division ESP contest and metric tracking, cascading to team, including Market Source and ESP Area Manager Weekly FCSD metric communication including BTB, QL, RO volume and parts sales ranks Customer Viewpoint / Training detail report compiled and disbursed weekly Assist in managing FCSD regional variable contest and customer satisfaction contest funds Regional contest tracking (Trump the Slump, Parts sales growth initiatives) and lead for payout issues/questions Contact for reporting and/or researchable questions as requested by team when traveling Assist Parts & Service Operations Manager with organizational meeting preparation Market Representation Maintain Dealer files/security File Dealer records and other key documents in Market Representation files Other Regional Support Marketing Units: Track usage, secure keys, ordering (coordinate with Market Area if needed) Assist with logistics, catering, announcements, attendance tracking for dealer meetings conducted by the Regional team Ready for Retail: February Auto Show Sales Rally: March Quick Lane Training: April/May Warranty Workshop: June – July Dealer Council Return: September
– October Technician Recruiting Fair: October Multi-Point Madness: October Grass Roots/Other: TBD Manage office supply usage and re-ordering Lead contact with building (office space) management for any office issues, questions Coordinate/update zone distribution lists and manage Twin Cities CDS ID for Regional Manager and/or urgent Dealer communications Education High School Diploma Business or Marketing related associates degree or equivalent work experience a plus Experience 2-3 years office administration experience Experience analyzing and interpreting sales reports an asset Skills Strong computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook Strong problem solving and decision making skills Proven experience multi-tasking in a fast paced environment Responsible, accountable and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills and relationship building skills Strong Team building skills, to work well within a close team environment – self-sufficient, resourceful and works well with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to plan and prioritize responsibilities Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism Strong attention to detail and analytical aptitude Ability to display a high degree of discretion in dealing with confidential documents and information Percepta requires all employees hired in the United States to successfully pass a background check and depending on location and client program a drug test, as a condition of employment.
