Highly reputable boutique firm in the Los Angeles area is seeking a strong real estate paralegal. Individual must have 4+ years of real estate transactional experience from a reputable California firm.
Experience with Title & Survey, drafting ancillary real estate transactional documents, forming holding companies, corporate maintenance
and proficiency with assisting with closings and preparing subsequent closing binders, is required. Individual will work directly with a high performance real estate group, with other experienced paralegals on commercial real estate transactions.
