Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a multi-family Real Estate Acquistions Specialist for a family office and private equity company. We currently own and operate affordable apartments throughout the U.S. and are looking to expand our portfolio. We are interested in affordable, market-rate and development opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• seek out and identify opportunities that meet our investing criteria.
• evaluate and underwrite potential investment and development deals using an Excel-based model.
• create and maintain relationships with brokers nationwide to locate acquisition opportunities, both on and off-market
• manage and organize deal flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate or related field
• Must be highly proficient in Excel
• Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent follow through
• Must be willing and able to cold call.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family acquisitions
• Real estate agent or broker license is a plus

Compensation will be salary plus commission.
