The responsibilities include setting and striking drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues, working with and as part of a team of installers.
Workload varies from 0-30+ hours per week based on volume and availability.
The successful part-time Installer will demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking the initiative, staying customer-focused, display a strong work ethic while on the jobsite and be able to execute consecutive events.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES1.
Deliver outstanding customer service2.
Set and strike drape and hardware at event venues3.
Load and unload Quest vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsitesQualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS1.
EducationHigh School diploma or GED requiredCollege students preferred2.
ExperiencePrior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required3.
SkillsLeadership – Lead a team of installers on a set and/or strike, as neededPersonal Relation Skills—Positively interact with people daily and be open to constructive criticism.
Have a great attitude and good customer service skills.
Speak, read, write and understand English fluently.
Work well with others.Personal Responsibilities—Maintain a professional appearance.
Have reliable transportation and be punctual.
They must have a valid social security card and legal US working status.4.
Equipment to Be Used—Heavy duty base plate carts, pallet-jack, ladder, dolly, and various Quest Furniture.5.
Typical Physical Demands—Able to lift 62lbs and work on a step ladder without exceeding maximum weight allowance.
Able to stand or walk for 8 hours per day.6.
Typical Mental Demands—Problem solve and prioritize needs while on jobsites.
Do simple math calculations and think logically.
Analyze information and perform needed actions to fulfill duties.
Able to handle traffic stress, team dynamics, and customer service issues daily.
