They will establish strong collaborative relationships with all departments within the organization to deliver on quality and regulatory commitments and work autonomously, and effectively to manage time in order to deliver results within targeted deadlines.* Ensure that all documentation is issued, managed, and controlled using document management systems such as Mango, SAP, and others in order to remain in compliance with GMP* Approve documentation adequacy prior to issuance and distribution ensuring all documents are available at all locations for which they are designated, used, or otherwise necessary, and all obsolete documents are promptly removed from all points of use or otherwise prevented from unintended use* Review and approve all document changes* Archive and storage of all GMP documentation and all forms of dataWho You Are:Minimum qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Quality Assurance, or related discipline* 1+ year quality experience working in a cGMP or CMO environmentPreferred Qualifications:* Possess detailed knowledge of document control* Ability to establish a strong collaborative relationship with all departments within the organization to deliver on quality and regulatory commitments* Ability to prioritize, manage time well, work independently and be task-oriented* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills* Computer skills with systems such as Microsoft Office and others as needed.* General understanding of cGMP, ICH Q7, and Good Documentation Practices* Experience with personal computer software in a business environment, including word processing, database, spreadsheet and draw programs.* Experience using Microsoft Office suiteRSRMSWhat we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
