Quality Assurance Specialist with Security Clearance

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for establishing, executing, and maintaining a quality assurance program that ensures quality control procedures and practices are being used.
* Monitor the services being provided to determine if Service Level Agreements and performance levels are being adhered to.
* Recommend changes to services and processes to improve performance.
* Determine if current methods and techniques result in meeting reliability, maintainability, availability, and capacity standards/levels.
* Develop, modify, apply, and maintain standards for quality operating methods and procedures used across the program.
* Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization.
* Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite quality control resources for an actual task order.
* Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assist in the evaluation.
* Conduct and/or participate in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle. Basic Qualifications: * 1-5 years of experience in Information Technology.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
* Experience in Customer Service
* Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Security Clearance Requirements: * Must be able to obtain and Maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
