nn JOB PURPOSE: Ensure the services provided to clients are timely, complete, documented, and carried out according to related contracts and policies & procedures.nn nn ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in development and implementation of contract compliance system to review delivery of services to program participants.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance to related contract and policies.
Provide Policy and Contract training and support to all ESG locations and any additional locations as assigned.nn nnOn a weekly basis print all Temporary Financial Assistance (TFA) for all geographical areas spent for the week prior.
Organize all transactions accordingly.
Accurately enter TFA into the internal data base (MIP).
Meet all accounting deadlines for submission in a timely and accurate manner.
Run data quality reports and assist Financial Assistance Associates on reporting and Repository uploads.nn nnProvide HMIS and TFA support to all ESG locations.nn nnMaintain ongoing communication with Support team, Financial Assistance Coordinators, Data Clerks, and Program Director.nn nnMaintain detailed records of TFA spending support for the Accounting Department.nn nnMaintain ongoing communication with Program Director.
Analyze trends and compile training and policy recommendations to address negative trends.nn nnEnsure competence is maintained in the financial/data field as well as the quality assurance duties through webinars, formal training, and conferences.nn nnDemonstrate exceptional customer service, in everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to ‘ Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities.’nn n n Job Requirements: n nn ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: nn nn EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.nn nn EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, administrative support, office management, quality assurance, compliance or any other similar types of experience.
2 years of experience in a heavy customer service focused environment.
Experience with HMIS or MIP a plus.
Experience in a social service environment a plus.
Experience in working with spreadsheets and organizing high level reports required.nn nn LICENSES: Driver’s License with clear driving record.nn nn VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
Must maintain current registration and current automobile liability insurance that is in compliance with Texas law.
Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.nn nn ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.nn nn EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CRITERIA MUST BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD.

Ability to respond in a professional manner in all situations.nn nn COMPUTER: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HMIS a plus.
