PAC Worldwide is seeking a Quality & Environmental Compliance expert to lead our corporate compliance across all of PAC’s US facilities.

In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in the development, implementation and management of PAC’s Quality and Environmental Compliance systems.

Manage, support, and grow systems, as needed, to industry and governing standards.

Further develop and apply these systems, methods, and philosophies into all aspects of PAC Worldwide.

You will be the driver of PAC’s internal auditing and ensure compliance across the US facilities, as well as being a “subject matter expert” for PAC in audits, compliance, certifications and overall quality at PAC!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities for PAC’s Compliance systems includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Recommend applicable Quality and Environmental standards for PAC facilities and products
    • Lead implementation and certification
    • Maintain certifications
    • Develop and implement training as needed to documentation and methods
    • Provide technical support for all facilities
    • Establish and maintain systems to control, manage and provide access to all necessary documentation
    • Primary contact and lead for responding to internal and external inquires and requests
    • Facilitate the review and revision of all appropriate documentation to reflect organizational, standard, and regulatory changes
    • Participate in Continuous Improvement events
    • Develop, track, and communicate metrics to ensure performance and effectivity while identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • College Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of Quality Systems, Environmental and Regulatory Standards, and Sustainability Methodology
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively lead group meetings and training sessions
  • Ability to clearly and concisely document processes and procedures effectively
  • Must be capable of learning and adapting to database systems for managing documentation

Language Skills:

  • Must have ability to read, write and understand English and speak effectively before groups
  • Must be able to understand reports and correspondence
  • Ability to understand and speak Spanish is desirable

Mathematical Skills:

  • The position must be able to perform business related mathematics

Reasoning Ability:

  • Advanced reasoning skills with the ability to deal with problems involving several variables in multiple types of situations required

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and be willing to complete additional training.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Valid driver’s license and passport, required, field related certifications preferred
