QC Parts Inspector

This is a Contract position in Boise, ID posted December 11, 2021.
Job Description We are looking for parts inspectors for 1st & 2nd shifts.
Requirements are a minimum of 5 years of experience with inspecting CNC machined parts, sheetmetal, & welded parts.
You will need working experience with optical comparators, calipers, micrometers, surface places, height gages, pin gages & thread gages.
Experience with completing dimensional inspection forms, bubbling drawings, AS9102 forms, compiling cert psckages & interfacing with source inspectors, conducting corrective actions/preventative actions & solid knowledge of GD&T.
Faro arm CNC experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of verisurf is also required to run Faro arm.
Industries served are automotive, aerospace, military & commercial.
Pay rate will be dependent on experience, ability to complete required tasks accurately, prevention of escapes & skill level.
