The Business Process Operations (BPO) staff of dedicated customer project port specialists support local number portability and access delivery in the US and internationally for many of the top phone and cable companies.

We have a local team specializing in project port handling, including project negotiations, order segmentation and coordination.

We are experts in fallout management and order resolution for agreed upon fallout scenarios.

Here’s How You’ll Make A Difference:

  • Proactively manage a base of existing customers with direct accountability for customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful and timely support of services offered to the end customer within the service level agreement.
  • Coordinate internal resources necessary to ensure any client or provisioning issues
    – service, technical, etc…are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams-account managers, engagement managers, product team, Operations, BPO, vendors, etc…to drive improvements.
  • Accept feedback/education on processes and enhancements delivered via QA, email, meetings, and face to face.
  • Professionally resolve escalated issues confidently and in a timely manner, showing a proper sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills including but not limited to coaching, providing feedback, handling difficult situations, supporting management, etc.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role: sales, consulting, account management, support, etc, including telecom and/access delivery experience…
  • Previous experience with ticketing and helpdesk software including escalation assignments
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations skills desired
  • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, excellent time management and high energy, deliberate delivery, focused on winning and on client success
  • Ability to champion new ideas, initiate change, think “outside of the box,” and drive innovation
  • Ability to unite internal teams for effective and logical problem solving.
  • Capable of analyzing data to audit or research issues.
  • Excellent time management, ability to reprioritize quickly.

    Capable of multi-tasking and working creatively to resolve client issues.

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-Motivated, able to work independently
  • Ability to demonstrate Neustar Core Values consistently
